Smith Auctioneers
Smith Auctioneers is one of Galway's leading professional practices in Auctioneering, Real Estate, Property Consultancy and Valuation Surveying in Galway and throughout Connacht. Earlier this year, they rebranded themselves and in doing so, required a website to reflect their new brand identity.
As part of the consultation process with Smith Auctioneers, Efficacy integrated their office property management system with the new website. This provided Smith Auctioneers with the option to simultaneously update their property listings to a number of Irish property portals such as myhome.ie, daft.ie etc. in addition to their own website. The advantage of doing so, resulted in increased back office efficiency by removing unnecessary duplication of effort while also extending the number of potential viewers to their client's properties.
