Irish Film Board - Bord Scannan Na hEireann
Bord Scannán na hÉireann / the Irish Film Board (IFB) is Ireland's national film agency. The agency supports and promotes the Irish film industry and the use of Ireland as a location for international production.
In an effort to showcase the Irish Film Industry to both national and international audiences, the Irish Film Board recently underwent a rebranding campaign which incorporated the design of a new corporate identity and associated website. The Irish Film Board chose Efficacy Limited to develop the content management system to power the website.
In developing the content management system, this entailed the development of a number of modules including syndicated news content via news feeds, a media hub incorporating a number of film trailers and podcasts, a virtual cinema, a unique film directory dedicated to showcasing Irish productions for TV, Film and Digital media in addition to a separate section promoting Ireland as a film location.
The content management system also acts as a knowledge base for information on development, production, distribution and Short Film schemes in addition to offering information on the types of State aid available.

The Irish Film Board - Bord Scannan Na hEireann have been nominated for a Digital Media Award for Best Non- Commercial website in this year's 7th Annual Digitial Media Awards. The awards ceremony takes place on February 13th in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Dublin.
